Rental Tariff

Prices are based on four people staying. For each extra guest thereafter, add £50 per week.

Bed linen and towels (except beach towels) are provided and changed weekly.  Complimentary hairdryers are provided in all rooms together with logs for the open fire.

Charges

• A non-refundable 25% deposit will be required to confirm the booking. 
• The balance of the holiday will need to be paid in full eight weeks before arrival. 
• A refundable security deposit of €150 is required and payable locally upon arrival.
• There is a final cleaning charge of €60 again this is paid locally. 
• Between October and March a central heating charge applies of £40.

This is a non-smoking apartment, you are free to smoke outside or on the balcony and no pets are allowed.
